Prologue

The Alancari, they arrived here when I was eight years old, in 2020. I was told that they were dangerous monsters that only wanted to be our superiors. In reality, we were just threatened by them because they were different.

I then met one. He saved my life and became my best friend. He died, protecting ME.

Or at least I thought he was dead, until I saw him again at my high school ten years later. What I didn't expect is for me to end up having feelings for him, feelings that are forbidden and dangerous. But I nor him seem to care, because we always somehow end up back together.
