~Prologue~

Born in New York and raised in Harlem. Anabelle Limsten is the child of an alcoholic mother and father that's no where to be found. Her young years consumed best friend Cole. Ana bounces back and forth between foster homes after a fatal night with her mother, never seeing Cole again. The 16 year old is settled with the Monte's in downtown Manhattan humbling her wild years between homes. Good grades, loving family, and loving home. "My second chance." Until unexpected best friend places a position in her life once more. The teen Cole brings baggage and drama dragging Ana with him. It's her decision to stay loyal or lose her sanity in the abysses of her life.
