When Dash Vixen looses most of his body in a military accident, he realizes this isn't the end, more of a new beggining. He realizes he is now one of the smartest people on the planet. This sends him into a great prosperity. But when a series of attacks begin, he all to soon realizes life isn't nearly as good as he thought.
