Zoe, a young mermaid who's family & friends died in a tragic ship sinking, receives a magical necklace from a mysterious water mistress. She is able to turn from mermaid to human in just seconds. On land she meets a crabby lifeguard named Levi Ackerman. But when he finds out about her mermaid magic when she touches water, will her secret be safe with the human she's fallen for? Or will she become something else? Like an experiment, or dead meat.
