So I finally decided to post something new. This is my current WIP (my NaNoWriMo 2015 project) . It is most definitely a slow work in progress. At the moment I am currently battling exposition, over-writing and a frequently wandering plot. My mission is to clean it up, simplify things a little, while maintaining my particular style. There will be typos- but I'm less worried about those. I'm more interested in improving overall story clarity and chopping out the unnecessary blah, blah. Anyway I hope it's somewhat enjoyable/readable in it's current state. Brief Synopsis Sam's dying, unmercifully slow, though maybe it's what she deserves after the type of life she has led. Not all of the bad she did was her choice, but passing the buck doesn't absolve completely, after all, she pulled the trigger. When that final checking-out notch on her ticket is finally about to be clipped, she has an 11th hour visitor. She never gets visitors, people with redacted pasts rarely do. The man in question sets about changing her life, or rather, her death forever. The problem is Sam hasn't known any other life and certain lethal habits are hard to break.
Chapter 1- The Visitor
