Chapter 1: On the Run

Fire is hot. Ice is cold. The two elements will never work out together. It's destined that they shouldn't. Charlotte Day is a strong-willed, 21 year old woman, her past an icy one. After a series of life-shattering events, she finds herself seeking refuge in the only place she can think of: Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Disguising as a student, she eventually meets the dreaded, hot-tempered, Potions Master. Despite their differences, the two broken individuals find each other. However, can an eternal flame ever be extinguished, and an icy past ever be thawed?
