Masked Phantom

Being the most famous assassin of the 1850's Vincent Carter or The Masked Phantom hates the royal family and the way they rule. Uniting with a cat he takes part in ballroom dancing as part of his mission to kill a man named Steve Martin. In the process he gains a dance partner named Olivia Black. Olivia and him develop a bond with compassion and later Olivia finds out his secret... Is this the end of their love?
