After King Dean ended The War of Fire and Sword, and resolved peace with the Eternal Council of Dragons. Together King Dean and the Eternal Council established a new city and a new golden age were dragon and men can co-exist in harmony in the great city of WingWard.

It least that's what they thought at the time.
