When Annabelle Jankins was only two years old, her parents got into a horrible car accident and died. This left her under the care of her grandma. Then, only four days later, her grandma died, leaving her an orphan.

Now, Annabelle is 16 years old and has been sent from home to home, trying to find a permanent family and has had no friends or boyfriends.

Finally, everything starts to turn around for her. She finds new friends and actually gets a boyfriend. But then, a family wants to adopt her, but in order to do so, she would have to move to another state.

Will Annabelle leave to be with her new family or stay for love?
