Shae Harter was just a normal girl until she meets Justin Bieber because he is friends with her friends. She didn't expect to date him until he asked her. She was sent out to California with her mom because in her old school she kept getting in trouble,so her parents decided to move her out with her mom. She never thought this would happen.
