Author's Note

Eight kids are living their lives trapped in a mental asylum. They think they have powers and that they have to get back to a "game" to finish it. They say the world isn't actually here and will sometimes scream in frustration when they can't escape using their "powers".

All these kids are being treated under the loving care of Dr. Scratch who often has to split his time between here and another facility just down the road.
