Chapter 1

Amanda Grim just moved, and obviously she's gonna check the place out.

She goes over to her window, only to find that there's another window, about 3 feet away.

Amanda spots something, and decides to go check it out. Getting into the window sill, she does a split on to the other sill. The gap not being that big.

From there, she pulls herself in. Coming face to face with a guys bedroom.

She looks up, only to find a guy, a gorgeous guy at that. He had tattoos, not to mention that he was really, really fit.

And he was smirking.
