Chapter 1: Encounter

When Sam and Dean are on a hunt, Dean is shot by a man in a green hood with a bow. They have no idea who this man is or what he wants. Is he just a menace or could he possibly be doing good for the city?
Takes place during Arrow season one and Supernatural season 8.
