Chapter 1

Luke Bryan recently lost his wife, May. She had died giving birth to his young daughter, whom he named Kelly May, after his late sister and wife. Luke struggles with raising a newborn baby and grieving for his wife. Luke meets a young nurse on the maturnity floor of the hospital when he learnt of his wife's passing. She hadn't been there with him when his wife gave birth, but she had talked to him. Will she be Luke's new love, or is this just a friendly nurse who talks to all the patients and their families?
