Having had to strip on the run to escape her aunt, Svetlana is returned to a new pair of guardians. Their son, Benjamin, is a complete asshole. He's sarcastic, he's rude, he's anti-social, but... there's something about him that appeals to her. More than attraction; they become friends. But Svetlana struggles to see why anyone would ever love her back, and learns that sometimes the thing that stands in the way of love most stubbornly is you.
