1 *Rewritten*

This book is currently being rewritten; however, I will not be taking the old ones down until the rewrite is complete. Until then both old and new chapters will be available in this book. The new ones will be clearly marked rewritten to eliminate confusion. Check the table of contents if you would prefer to start with the rewritten version, although the old version is already complete. Feedback and constructive criticism are much appreciated!
