After hurting her ankle so badly two years ago in the big basketball championship game. The legendary puppet master, Veronica Poular, declares that she will never play basketball competitively, again.

When she was playing, she was know to be the best of the best in the nation wide girls basketball tournament. She was able to draw out fouls on anyone at anytime. She's quick, clever and extremely strong. However, She swears that she will never play another game of basketball for a team. But, she will soon be moving to Japan where she will meet and befriend a group of boys who have monstrous basketball skills. Will she change her mind or will she never dribble again?
