Just, Breathe.

Breathing is something everyone does to survive, without it, there would be no, population.

Trees, plants, animals, they all need it too. To live, we ALL need air, carbon dioxide. Oxygen.

You get nervous, trying out for X- Factor, in front of thousands of people.

So what happens when I forget how to breathe?
How to provide myself with what we need to survive?

And no, I do not have asthma. I dont need an inhaler.

I need to Just, Breathe.
