The Windows to the Soul

How many times have you pondered upon the eyes of another being? Have you ever felt as though, when they look into your eyes, that they stare right through and into your soul? Have you ever pondered upon the pain, affliction, joy, or sorrow that are reflected within them? Or perhaps you felt the power of their stare, invoking madness or love? This is a poem on the very thing that haunts many, the mysterious wonder of our eyes.
