She has already reached the age of nineteen but she still shows no signs that she will ever fall in love which makes her creators take a drastic stand. They are going to send her on a blind date with a normal human and if she hasn't developed any feelings for him at the end of the date then they will have to deem her a failure and cash her.

For her her to continue to live she must fall in love but for her to fall in love she must be loved first.
