17 year old werewolf Aubrey Kaleighs has moved to Beacon Hills, in hopes to escape werewolf hunters in her previous town. Struggling to control her shifting, she seeks out help when Scott McCall, a boy in her classes, notices her strange behavior and discovers what she is. After finally having someone to trust and thinking her life is finally stable, Aubrey meets Derek, a guy who seems to hate her so much for no apparent reason to her. Follow Aubrey as she fights to survive, stays strong, develops life-saving friendships and meets Derek Hale, who's life she'll change forever.

**This is a Derek Hale fanfiction, but he'll just be introduced after a couple of chapters so there's a back story. But don't worry, I'll update often. :)
