The little girl abandoned on Jakku, in the care of Unkar Plutt, Rey.

The orphan.

The scavenger.

Since she was four, she has climbed around the debris of the battles, collecting parts she could exchange for food.

Until she rescues a droid, and meets a defected storm trooper, and steals a ship that turns out to be the legend Han Solo's, and fights Kylo Ren.

But this is all before that.
