"Don't tell me," Quinn shook her head. "You're going to pretend you're one of them."

I looked into her dark eyes. "I have to save her."

I put the red mask on my face and dawned the uniform of the PC&T: Population Control and Traders. I vowed to do more than just bring my sister home; I would bring down the chaotic world I lived in and would create a place where she would always be safe.
