Karrine Schwimley and every other Genesis has been captured, and are being treated like they are worthless.
Well, they have been turned into slaves.
When Lilith buys Karrine, because Karrine is the strongest (Genesis) Seeker, Karrine becomes Lucifer's pet.
And then when Sam kills Lilith and let's Lucifer out, Sam, Dean, Gabriel, and Castiel go down there, they try to save Karrine.

I really gotta rewrite this as Genesis, Seeker was last year. Don't be like that. Karrine found out she was lied to and is the Unholy Child, a Genesis, not a seeker.
