Prologue

Kate hadn't expected to see him again...
Separated painfully from her brother and his best friend as a child when she was adopted by a rich family, Kate hasn't laid eyes on them in years until she finds herself face to face with Luke once more, her brothers best friend--whom she might have hero worshiped as a child--all grown up and an employee at the hotel she's moved in!
Avoiding him is impossible when he feels directly responsible for ensuring her 'customer satisfaction', and maddening because she's starting to feel things for him she never would have imagined to feel as a child...
