This is a love story between Harry Styles and Mariana Martins.
Their love story is like any other - if one of the lovers is an international pop-star and the other one is a paramedic - but I'll start telling it from the middle:

It's 2018, and after coming back from their almost 2-year break, the world famous band One Direction is now back on tour.
Harry (24) met Mariana (22) in May of 2016 and have been dating for 2 years when Mariana gets pregnant. Despite some unexpected surprises the couple is happier than ever, and ready to welcome to the world their perfect child. But on the 18th of August of 2018, when Mariana is 6 and a half months pregnant, something happens that will make Harry's future different than what he had envisioned.
