Why didn't Annie kill Armin?

Attack on titan theories i have about the anime and manga. There will be major spoilers, so i suggest that you watch the anime and read the manga. My theories will mostly base off what's going to be in season 2 of Attack on titan. Not all my theories will be spoilers i will make notice for you guys to be fair.
