“Leah!” I hissed as I turned towards her. She backed away from me and into the hallway. I held my ears and glared at her. “Y-your neck! Your e-e-eyes, your teeth... y-you!” She stuttered making no sense. “What are you going on about?” I asked her. She took a step forward cautiously. And turned me towards the mirror. I was faced with the reflection of myself… but it wasn’t me. In my reflection I was pale and ivory skinned, my normally green eyes were gold, like seeing a pair of cat’s eyes in the dark, and my jaw hung open in shock, revealing a set of razor sharp, white little blade-like fangs. If all of this wasn’t enough to confirm my worst nightmares, there on my neck was two red bite marks on my now pale hard flawless skin. “Oh God.” I said. -------------------------------------------------------------- Melanie, a.k.a.
