Louisa had nothing but money. Some life tragedies, along with certain people, broke her. 5 different kinds of pills, not being wanted, and people leaving her was all she knew. Her past of pathological lying came into play when she doesn't want the new kid, Zayn Malik, to know how crazy she really is. She wanted assurance that everything would be okay for once and Zayn just wanted someone to understand him.
