What the heck is an "unprinny"?

Fuka recently died and reincarnated as an prinny, however, it backfired, at least according to prinny instructor, Valvatorez. As a "unprinny" Fuka has to work at a factory and upon this she notices that obviously Valvatorez's werewolf steward, Fenrich, has a huge crush on him and Fuka thinks there totally adorable together! How will she get them together if Valvatorez is so dense?

(I do not own Disgaea 4 nor the cover art, enjoy!)
