Prologue

The vampires have taken over the world and human girls are now slaves. Peter claimed Emily, Mya, Chloe, and Sydney as his. A year later, the royal council wants the girls as their slaves.
Sydney is taken by Mr. Adams. After learning of her overly-docile nature, the vampire sends her back to Peter. But Peter has changed. No longer is the sweet, caring owner, Sydney must work through Peter's sadness and pain to find the owner she'd come to love.
