Mildred Halls is a mental home that hosts the strangest and most dysfunctional adolescents. After the death of her mother, nineteen-year-old Fern Delkim relocates into the mental home. When she becomes comfortable living there, Tari Clyburn, a girl who cannot take care of herself moves in, and Fern is forced to become her caretaker. The problem?
