Basically Yuu is 20 years old. A lot has changed but he only thinks about what he could have done back then. Vampires turn into demons if deprived of blood. It's not clear if there are still vampires around but I leave that to your imagination, because why not? Yuu is forced to relive horrible memories, some of them, if not all, full of love.
