Untitled Part 1

A group of young adults are cultivated from the government and genetically altered. The scientist behind it doesn't know what powers they will mutate into having but he thinks they might help England win the war. The year is 2060, the Earth is attempting to save itself but creating powers means they must reap what they sow.
