The Year of April

April Knight is supposed to be the girl that has it all. She is girls' soccer captain, dating her best friend, a fairly popular senior in high school, and has a large family. In one month, April's world quickly spirals apart as her inner demons are brought to light and her problems are suddenly heavier than she thinks she is able to bear. Seeing no way out, April attempts suicide. This is where her story truly begins.
