It's 2650 M.C.E. (Modern Common Era). Earth is a devastated ruin, abandoned after political, economic and societal collapse. The collapse of Earth was so sudden that little or no history was passed from the old world to the new world. Mars, the new home world of humanity, has factions fighting to dominate each other. The Federation of Martian States, the leading power of Mars has developed Time Travel, but there is a catch. So has someone else, or so it appears. Whoever they are has gone back through time to attempt to alter the past to change the present. The present is no longer safe as Charlotte and David, both highly intelligent and capable are sent back to find the mystery time travelers and prevent the timeline for being altered.
