Irelyn Faye has been with her boyfriend, Derek, for 4 years but they break up one night and no one knows why.
Zack is new to the school and he wants to find out what happened that night they broke up but he's not allowed to talk to her because her brother, Mike, made this rule that she is off limits and no guy is allowed to talk to her.
Mike knew he couldn't watch her all the time so he asked his friends to keep an eye on her and to make sure she doesn't talk to any guys.
