Allison Lindsay is the daughter of Erin Lindsay. Erin had Allison at a young age, and when Allison was two, Erin went down to the beach and left Allison in the house alone, so eventually Allison was taken away from Erin and lived with her father.
Allison hasn't seen Erin for years, she can't even remember her. But what Erin doesn't know is that Allison has been tracking Erin for weeks but has never had the courage to actually go and speak to her.
But will that all change when Allison gets a job at the C.P.D? Will Erin and Allison form a close bond? Or will they just stay strangers forever?
