When you're making a tough decision do you listen to your head or your heart? What do you do when you can't choose between the two?

Jayden is forced to choose between the two and is finding it to hard to come to one distinct answer. Does he ruin a friendship with a friend? Or could he possibly lose the girl of his dreams? Which decision was the right one, the one made by his head or his heart? Which of the two is normally right in situations like these? Or is there not a fully correct answer to these tough questions?
