Sophie Normand is just an average 19 year old human with not much in life, not many friends, not a big family. She didn't know her real parents, didn't know any of her family. All except for Granny, or rather, the woman who adopted her when she was a baby and raised her, but when Granny dies, she leaves her most precious possession to Sophie, an old faded crystal necklace. Unknowing of the power this old crystal holds she's involved in a sub way accident, and that's when the lights go white.
Dalyor Andaerean, a dark elf of the age 120, next in line to lead the kingdom of Shadowhay, a cold-hearted, selfish young man, simply living his life waiting for his Uncle to step down or die so that he may take the place of leader, or rather, King. When walking through the forest of Morhollow he hears a high pitched whine and a bright flash of white, before a girl falls from the sky.
