Ari and Sabrina have been on the run since they were five years old, after the Luna's tragic death the girls were given to an elderly man and his wife in the middle of nowhere.

Nowhere as in no town not even within a school district, which results in Ari's inability to read. After the couples passing at the age of thirteen the girls are still running from a pack who's alpha is hell bent on revenge.

Sabrina takes the place of the leader in the duo with her ability of reading she navigates Ari through the struggle of being a rouge with a faint memory of the pack that has turned against them. Will their narrow escapes be as useless as chasing after the moon?
