Prologue

It's the 51st Hunger Games, the year after the second Quarter Quell, and Rosalinda Cobain has been Reaped. She's a teenage girl from District 11 with some unusual abilities. Her eyes change color depending on her mood and she has the ability to shape shift. She can't afford to let the Capitol know of her gifts, because if they do, it would mean Rose would never leave the Capitol.
