Sixteen year old Vanessa Doofenshimrtz is looking for a part time job just so she can be away from her Dad and his evil inators.

She's running out of options until her friend, Candace Flynn, offers for her to watch her brothers to make sure they don't do anything "bustable" while she's on dates.

When she meets Candace's brothers, Phineas and Ferb, she can't wait until she has to come over next time.

Luck is on her side and she ends up being at their house everyday.

One day, Ferb accidentally shoots her with a ray that turns her thirteen again.

As they say, it's a story as old as time.
