•Kaelynn Brooke• ~Mason Grey has changed. Well sort of. We were the best of friends, not just because of our dads being best buds too, but because we just were the perfect pair. We would insult each other until one of us got too far and the other cried their eye balls out. We would keep secrets to ourselves. We had a secret language that only we know of. We would play together, sometimes it would be video games, sometimes it would be pretend tea parties. We didn't care what we were doing just as long as we were together. Well until eighth grade, we parted ways (sort of). It was the year in which I got a boyfriend and he joined the football team. After 3 years, he suddenly became this bad ass bad boy who was pretty much the typical stereotyped school heartthrob. I don't know what happened. Now he has daily detention routines and probably a tattoo? I don't even know. He has girls chasing after him and I think he dated almost all the popular girls and broke up with them after a week or so. Anyways, you get the picture. He was a player until I called him on a late chilly night. I don't know why I chose to call him, instead of Maddie but I think it was just my instinct to call Mason whenever I had deep problems. I was crying, I didn't know what to do. I just needed someone to talk to and there was nobody else who understood me the best. As much as I hate to admit it but, Mason was the greatest listener, believe it or not. He stood far away from me most of the time but whenever I needed his comfort he was always there rushing to my side since 1999. When he found out what my boyfriend- well ex-boyfriend did I was sure that Mason wanted to murder him. He hasn't been in any relationships since that late night phone call. I don't know why but he just stopped. Did I do something to stop that?
