This is an Everlark story based off the series The Selection.

Katniss Everdeen has the chance of a lifetime to go try with 24 other girls and win Prince Peeta Mellark's heart.
With all the gowns, jewels and makeovers, Katniss doesn't want to leave her secret lover Gale, a district below hers.

When Katniss meets Prince Peeta, a small friendship grows. She realizes that her future will now be different than she thought it would be.
