Prologue

For the rest of the world, grey is the colour of detachment, indecision but for Hermione, grey is the colour of new opportunities, new hopes and new dreams. Hermione left everything behind in the hopes of finding someone or something to bring a spark to her black and white life. And the colour to do that for her was the colour grey.
