Prologue

He was odd. The way he moved and squirmed. He was cute by human stadanrds, he was mostly bald, toothless, and oddly small. But he was my child, I dont know how i knew this, I just knew he was my responsibility. I was to be the one to watch over him as he grew and care for him if and when at all possible.
