Cassandra Willis had been delighted when she managed to attract the most attractive man in the room. Finally, after being told of how ugly and flat she was, it had been a heady feeling being the focus of such a handsome man. Only to find out the next day she had only been a pawn between two powerful men. Hurt and betrayed, she vowed to not let any man that close again. So it was an unpleasant realisation that the same man engendered the same response six years later. Daniel Hunter always remembered Cassandra. The guilt still remained with him.
