Chapter One - The Living and The Damned

Grace Bennett had been coasting through life, waiting for the perfect opportunity to fall into her lap. When one finally does, she's hesitant to believe it all to be true. As she becomes an estate manager for a wealthy family, she must come to terms with the lives of the undead and soon realizes it's not the job that keeps her around. Grace works for a well established vampire family and in particular the intimidatingly handsome and deadly Charlie Durshire. Her desire for something dark and exciting only proves to be her downfall as she sinks her teeth into a world she knows very little about, all while trying to remain human.
