Anya Zivkovik

Anya Zivkovik is a bullied, Russian elementary student. Over the years she has grown cold and distant towards everyone. When her mother gets a new job in rural Japan, Anya must leave behind the comfort of the city to travel to Miyajima island.

Anya has a hard time settling into life there, but some of her classmates are there to help her out! But who is this mysterious girl, and why is she so annoying? Can the islanders remind Anya what it is like to be a kid again? Or has Anya already become too damaged?
